At ValuAnalytics, pricing is simple and straightforward: $299 for our valuation analytics per company, per measurement date. This price includes our standardized memo specific to your need, including supporting exhibits. Every engagement includes a 30-minute consultation to review the deliverable and answer any questions you may have regarding the analytics. We offer a Data Analytics Quality Guarantee and Expert Support Promise, both of which can be viewed here.
Additional Services:
- Confirm reasonableness of existing guideline public companies ($99): If you have an existing group of publicly-traded peer companies to serve as proxies to the subject company and would like to have them assessed by an appraiser for reasonableness, we can do so for an incremental fee. This supplemental service will require a brief discussion to gain an understanding of the subject company’s business operations. If, after this assessment, you determine that you would like us to compile a new group for you, the $99 fee will be applied toward the guideline public company search (see below).
- Guideline public company search ($299): For an incremental fee, we can compile a group of publicly-traded peer companies to serve as proxies to perform our valuation analytics. This will require a brief discussion of the subject company’s operations to identify what public companies are appropriate and may add an additional business day to the delivery time.
- Custom memo/report section preparation (cost varies): Although we have standardized deliverables prepared for various purposes, we can integrate our analytics into your internal memos or customize the content in our standardized memos as needed. Given the variations in presentation and preferred level of information provided, the extent of this customization will determine the incremental cost of this additional service.
- Customized analytics (typically minor cost): Our analytics include nearly all the quantitative financial metrics that would be considered in determining the value of a business. However, you may have industry-specific ratios that you wish to see compared to your company’s publicly-traded peers. We are happy to provide custom ratio comparisons on an as-needed basis.
- Full business valuation services (varies): As you review your valuation analytics, you may conclude that you need a full valuation. Contact us to discuss your valuation needs more specifically. Our founder is a director and principal of Helios Consulting, Inc., a full-service valuation practice. If Helios Consulting, Inc. is engaged to perform valuation services, any fees paid to ValuAnalytics will be applied against your final invoice due to Helios Consulting, Inc.
